The Medical Services Plan (MSP) in British Columbia offers supplementary benefits that provide partial payment for certain approved medical services. Specifically, MSP contributes $23 per visit, with a combined annual limit of 10 visits per calendar year. For example, if a patient uses one visit for acupuncture, they would have nine remaining visits available to use with other approved providers that year. MSP does not provide any coverage for supplementary benefits received outside of the province.
